Job summary

The candidate will define priorities, coordinate with technical departments, and foster a strong quality culture among operators to ensure quality in processes and products.

Key responsibilities include managing the Quality Information System, analyzing quality indicators, and performing root-cause diagnostics with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• NVH knowledge and test benches experience.
• Quality process management including audits and documentation.
• Experience with corrective actions and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Quality Information System.
• Analyze internal and external quality indicators.
• Define priorities and timelines for diagnosing defects.
• Perform second-level diagnostics and assign root causes (Product, Process, or Supply).
• Propose solutions for process-related anomalies.
• Perform and monitor diagnostic activities.
• Coordinate with Technical Diagnostic Departments for complex anomalies.
