Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks a Quality Plant Engineering leader to bridge manufacturing and engineering, ensuring top quality and warranty results. You will head the quality plant engineering team, oversee supplier quality and convergence, and drive product/process evolutions in serial life.

The role demands an engineering degree, 3–5 years in quality engineering, and strong problem solving, analytical, and collaboration skills to improve plant efficiency.

The Quality Plant Engineering leader is the link between the manufacturing and the engineering.

He/She leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his/her perimeter.

On his/her meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, he/she leads the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering field;
• Experience (minimum 3-5 years) as quality engineer in a complex industrial context;
• Good knowledge of excel, powerpoint;
• Problem solving mindset;
• Continuous improvement orientation;
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and rigor;
• Ability to promote a quality oriented mindset within the plant;
