Teoresi S.p.A. in Michigan seeks a Calibration Engineer to join a dynamic powertrain team focused on calibration, testing, and validation of engine and transmission control strategies.

You will develop and validate calibration solutions, analyze data, support releases, and collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to meet performance, drivability, and emissions targets. 2–5 years of experience and fluent English are required.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of automotive calibration or validation experience.
• Knowledge of engine/transmission calibration principles.
• Experience with INCA, MDA, CRETA, Concerto, Optisim.
• Fluent English; valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and validate powertrain calibration solutions for engine and transmission systems.
• Perform calibration and optimization activities related to drivability, torque management, gear shifting, idle speed, thermal protection, anti-stall, and component protection functions.
• Execute vehicle testing and validation activities in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, altitude, and standard conditions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technical review committees.
