Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on powertrain calibration, vehicle performance optimization, and system validation.

The role involves developing, testing, and validating engine and transmission calibration solutions to ensure performance, drivability, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the vehicle development cycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive/electrical engineering, 2–5 years of

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive calibration, powertrain development, or vehicle validation.
• Proficient with engine and transmission calibration principles and drivability assessment.
• Experience with data analysis and calibration tools (INCA, MDA, CRETA, Concerto, Optisim).
• Familiarity with CAN, vehicle testing, and validation methodologies.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and validate powertrain calibration solutions for engine and transmission systems.
• Perform calibration and optimization for drivability, torque management, gear shifting, idle speed, and protection functions.
• Execute vehicle testing and validation in various environmental conditions.
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional validation activities and calibration releases.
