Teoresi S.p.A. in Michigan, USA, seeks Calibration Engineers to join a dynamic powertrain team focused on calibration, testing, and validation of engine and transmission controls.

You will develop calibration solutions to optimize drivability, performance, and regulatory compliance throughout the vehicle development cycle. Responsibilities include implementing calibration, validating results in varied conditions, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive/electrical engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive calibration, powertrain development, or vehicle validation.
• Knowledge of engine and transmission calibration principles and drivability assessment.
• Experience with calibration/data analysis tools such as INCA, MDA, CRETA, Concerto, Optisim, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with vehicle testing, data acquisition, and validation methodologies.
• Understanding of CAN networks and basic electrical concepts.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and validate powertrain calibration solutions for engine and transmission systems.
• Perform calibration and optimization activities related to drivability and torque management.
• Execute vehicle testing and validation in varied environmental conditions.
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
