As Product Leader, you will define and execute the Gear Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP) and drive the commercialization of new products and technologies worldwide.

You will be responsible for:

• Exploring all segments where Power Transmission (PT) products are used or can be introduced, focusing on industrial applications and opportunities from the Energy Transition (CCUS, Hydrogen cycle, etc.).
• Developing product strategy and ensuring program execution aligns across functions to meet Power Transmission business targets.
• Maintaining deep market knowledge and business acumen regarding products like epicyclic, compound, and parallel shaft gears, high/low-speed gearboxes for applications including power generation, marine, nuclear, and more.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Hold an engineering degree with substantial product management experience.
• Possess technical and commercial acumen.
• Have excellent communication skills in English, including executive-level presentation skills.
• Demonstrate recognized leadership in guiding development programs to meet customer and business objectives.
• Show entrepreneurial attitude with strong behavioral, influencing, and leadership skills.

This role involves working at field sites, providing quality service, including sales, job design, execution, and follow-up activities. It requires planning and instructions for the crew and equipment.

As a Junior Mechanical Field Service Specialist, after comprehensive training, you will:

• Provide technical guidance to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
• Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotating equipment at customer sites.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Ensure documentation compliance and updates.
• Manage digital tools for technical documents, packing lists, and drawings.
• Follow detailed instructions under supervision (On The Job Training required).
• Assist in installation and maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Follow safety policies and company standards.

To succeed, you should:

• Possess a Mechanical Technical degree or Engineering Bachelor's degree.
• Have energy/oil and gas industry experience or similar.
• Be familiar with technical drawings and schematics.
• Have an EU passport or work permit, with fluency in English and Italian.
• Be willing to travel up to 70%, including offshore.
• Be able to communicate effectively and work well with others.
