POSTEL S.p.A., parte del gruppo Poste Italiane, cerca personale per l’Area Operations per rinforzare la funzione Stampa e Affrancatura presso i nostri impianti di produzione a Melzo, Genova e Verona. Il contratto offerto è a tempo determinato, con inquadramento livello E CCNL Poste Italiane.

Candidature entro il 20 settembre 2026. Le sedi di lavoro includono Melzo (Milano), Genova e Verona, con retribuzione lorda mensile conforme al CCNL.

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore con voto minimo 70/100.
• Laurea universitaria (incluso Bachelor) con voto minimo 102/110.

Mansioni

• Gestire le fasi del sottoprocesso assegnato, inclusi elaborazione dati, stampa, affrancatura e imballaggio.
• Operare sistemi e impianti di produzione secondo i piani di produzione, assicurando qualità e sicurezza.
• Eseguire setup, regolazioni, manutenzione e configurazioni sugli impianti per ripristinare le operazioni in caso di stoppage o malfunzionamenti.

POSTEL S.p.A., a Poste Italiane Group company specialized in multichannel communication services, digital solutions, and document management for businesses and public administrations, is seeking personnel to join its Operations area to strengthen the Printing and Enveloping function at its production facilities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing the processing stages within the assigned subprocess, including data processing and acquisition, printing, enveloping, packaging, and preparation of products for delivery within the relevant production line.
• Operating production systems and equipment in accordance with production plans, complying with all required safety regulations and ensuring the expected quality and environmental management standards.
• Performing the required setup, adjustment, maintenance, and configuration activities on production equipment and/or systems, as well as carrying out the necessary actions to restore proper operations in the event of stoppages, interruptions, or malfunctions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Upper secondary school diploma with a minimum score of 70/100, or
• University degree (including Bachelor’s degree) with a minimum grade of 102/110.

WHAT WE OFFER

A fixed-term employment contract, based on specific business needs in terms of both workforce requirements and contract duration.

The gross monthly salary is aligned with the provisions of the Poste Italiane National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for Level E.
