Post Sales Technician for Home Appliances Solutions, Pavia

Job Description:

As Post Sales Technician for Home Appliances Solutions products, you will act as the main contact point for the authorized Service Center, providing product knowledge, managing pending repair cases, offering technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Provide technical assistance and training to Service Centers via phone, email, or in-person regarding home appliances.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, offering effective solutions.
  3. Manage SVC KPIs related to the Home Appliances Solutions Network.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company ERP system.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers.
  6. Support the Network Manager in implementing training strategies.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
  8. Coordinate with EU and Global Headquarters.
  9. Collaborate with other Service departments for efficient operations.
  10. Work with the sales team to ensure seamless post-sales support.
  11. Follow up on quality issues in cooperation with factories and headquarters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the home appliances industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of home appliances.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Additional Information:

EU work permit required.
