The Role: Post Sales Technical Specialist & Process Improvement Engineer

For our HQ in Pozzuoli, we are looking for a technically skilled and communicative Post-Sales Technical Specialist.

This is not a standard support role; it’s a strategic position at the intersection between customers and the internal departments of our company (R&D, production, marketing, documentation, and sales). We seek a technically fluent, curious, and proactive team player who enjoys problem solving and has a strong sense of responsibility toward the customer.

This person will:

• Provide remote technical support to international customers (via video calls and email)
• Guide customers through diagnostic steps to identify issues and determine whether a component must be replaced or sent back for repair
• Conduct online training on the correct usage of our systems
• Collect structured feedback from the field and act as a bridge between customer experience and product development
• Interface with R&D in case of product anomalies, suggest improvements and potential design optimizations
• Collaborate with production in case of assembly or packaging issues
• Help the marketing and documentation teams by identifying unclear instructions or recurring misunderstandings

Must Have

• MSc Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electronic, biomedical or similar)
• Good understanding of hardware systems (valves, sensors, controllers, fluidics, temperature/gas/humidity regulation)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage international customers with different cultural expectations

Nice to have :

• Familiarity with scientific instrumentation or lab automation
• Experience with remote diagnostics and RMA procedures

Previous experience in post-sales support, customer service, or application support in a similar industry will be considered a plus during the CV screening process.
