Jobtailor in Italy seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of GDCL projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial targets. You will establish governance standards, drive cross‑functional execution with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, R&D and Commercial, and report progress to senior leadership.

You will mentor project managers, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma where appropriate.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional portfolios with significant business impact.
Experience in regulated environments (medical devices/pharma/life sciences) preferred.

Mansioni

Lead and govern a portfolio of GDCL projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, financial targets, and priorities.
Establish and maintain portfolio standards, cadence, and reporting including prioritization, resources, risk, and performance metrics.
Partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive on‑time, on‑budget execution of strategic initiatives.
Identify interdependencies, risks, and trade‑offs and propose mitigations and optimizations.
Provide executive‑level communication, including dashboards, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead, coach, and develop project managers and portfolio resources for accountability and improvement.
Drive adoption of project and portfolio management best practices across GDCL.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and governance requirements in a regulated medical device environment.
