We’re looking for a Portfolio Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of growth, strategy, and operations across a diverse portfolio of software businesses. You will act as the main point of contact for our portfolio companies, supporting their organic and inorganic growth, helping unlock synergies, and driving long-term value creation.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio leadership teams, supporting day-to-day operational excellence
• Drive performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with founders and GMs on strategy, growth, product, and hiring
• Explore synergies across the portfolio and support M&A integration efforts
• Assist in hiring key talent and nurturing leadership within portfolio companies
• Partner with our internal teams (product, finance, growth) to accelerate value creation

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in high-growth tech (scale-ups, SaaS), strategy consulting (preferably in the tech division), operational executive roles (Product, Sales or Strategy), or in the value creation team of a Private Equity or serial software acquirer
• A proven track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
• Role based in Milan or London with regular travel required. Open to candidates across Europe willing to relocate to Italy.
