Your Mission
He/she is responsible to run business and competition intelligence to continuously assess the Portfolio business performance, as well as its positioning & attractiveness versus competition, in relation with Product Management and Regions.
He/she actively contributes to Portfolio plans, portfolio value creation and value selling.
He/she plays an important role in the Sidel pricing transformation, being responsible to implement the pricing management for the Portfolio, in relation with the Pricing Program run at group level.
He/she develops promotion roadmap, material and deploys capabilities development plan, enabling to grow frontline product knowledge and value selling, in coordination with Products release plan and Communication plan.
He/she is engaged in missions to represent Sidel and to enhance the cooperation with key industry partners contributing to the portfolio.
Within EP&I organization (Equipment Portfolio and Innovation), the role is part of the Sensitive Portfolio management team, responsible for solutions, both integrated Lines & Stand-Alone, covering Aseptic, Ultra-Clean and HotFill applications provided to the Beverages and Liquid Foods industry.
Your Profile
Education Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Language Requirements
English
Additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage.
Professional Qualifications And Experience
Business experience in the Packaging industry, or similar industry.
Prior experience in Products and Solutions promotion, including value-based pricing initiatives.
Experience in Business Intelligence and Competitive assessment, capturing frontline and product experts inputs.
Understanding of Portfolio Business performance metrics (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations etc.).
Translate product functions and features into value selling, using Total Cost of Ownership approach (TCO).
Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data, and strong attention to detail.
Business Plans definition and implementation.
Capability to lead in a matrix organisation through Transversal and Cross-functional collaboration.
