Job Description

As Portfolio & Demand Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the departmental program/project portfolio. You will interact with functional and business unit leadership to monitor and execute projects and demands.

How you'll make an impact
  1. Manage the program/project portfolio, coordinating with internal and third-party resources.
  2. Maintain and report on the IT project pipeline, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Implement management methodologies, select and configure IT project management tools, and ensure proper support and training.
  4. Promote IT project management disciplines through education, collaboration, and process improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust IT Project Management framework aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Define and coach the Gate Model for IT projects.
