Pool Service Technician

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid FL Driver's License
• Excellent Driving Record
• Clean Criminal Background

Job Responsibilities

• Test pool water and add needed chemicals, such as chlorine
• Empty skimmers and pump baskets
• Brush and scrub the pool walls, floors, tiles, and steps
• Skim debris off pool surface
• Add water to swimming pool as needed
• Backwash pool filters as needed
• Inspect pool equipment and report problems to office
• Maintain service log and leave service slips for homeowners
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicle
• Work possible overtime and some Saturdays

Knowledge and Abilities

• No experience required, but it is preferred!
• Speak & understand basic English (Se habla Español)
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75 lbs
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Maintain a positive attitude and good communication with coworkers

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
