Job Description

Come join our small, but mighty team in helping customers with scheduling swimming pool service, maintenance & repairs.

Purpose:

Pure Water Pools of Naples is looking for a full-time pool cleaning technician to join our team. The position is Monday through Friday, starting in the early morning, totaling 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is $22 to $24, with eligibility for a variety of benefits. The ideal candidate will love working outdoors.

Applicants need strong customer service skills, be self-motivated, and a team player. The job is mostly independent and involves traveling from customer to customer in a company-provided vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect pool equipment and notify office staff of any issues.
  • Brush, vacuum, and clean tiles for residential and commercial pools.
  • Test and adjust water chemistry.
  • Clean filter elements or grids as needed.
  • Routinely clean pump and skimmer baskets.
  • Record all data on a company-issued iPad.
  • Perform any other duties related to pool maintenance.
Performance Incentive:

This position offers the potential to earn a monthly performance incentive.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to use a smart device.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of the pool industry is a plus but not required.
  • Follow all safety protocols within industry standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy equipment and materials.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and stretch throughout an 8-hour shift.
