Avio Aero is seeking an experienced Finance & Manufacturing leader to optimize production costs and key metrics. You will partner with Ops, Product Strategy, and HQ to drive Capex optimization and cost rationalization, while ensuring timely reporting to executives.

You will own cost-out performance, lead planning cycles, and guide cross-functional teams with strong analytical insight and leadership. A Lean mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Aufgaben

• Report to Manufacturing Finance Leader and support Site Plants Leader.
• Own production cost composition and relevant financial/operational metrics.
• Set routines, procedures and control points for cost and productivity.
• Lead data visibility, tracking, variance analysis, and reporting for OCPH/Cost Out.
• Assess overall Cost-out performance with Ops and Cost-out teams.
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Avio Aero and HQ teams for timely information flow.
• Partner with Product Strategy and development for Capex optimization.
• Drive profitability with actionable insights and risk/opportunity guidance.
• Lead cross-functional simplification projects and strengthen Finance processes.
• Oversee Lean transformation and Daily Shop Management in CCC.
• Lead annual and cycle stock/inventory processes and cycle counts.
• Drive plant reserve discussions and related KPI impacts.

• You will report to the Manufacturing Finance Leader and supports directly the Site Plants Leader (EB) and his team.
• You will cover key aspects of production cost composition and all relevant metrics, both financial & operational (Hourly rate, Capex , Routings Productivity, Delivery, Delinquency/On Time Delivery, Inventory, etc) and includes direct involvement, engagement & responsibility over setting the appropriate routines, procedures and control points aimed to deliver to company commitments.
• Establish clear timing/processes/reviews with relevant owners, supporting Ops team and Business leaders on data visibility, tracking, analysis (variance analysis) and reporting for OCPH (Hourly rate) /Cost Out (product costing) results
• Provide critical look and assessment, in conjunction with Ops team/Cost out team, of the overall Cost-out performance
• Support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly process for relevant Business reviews and key planning cycles (Monthly & Quarterly Closing, Budget, Forecast, 5 years plan, etc.) for actuals, estimates and reporting and present, on a routine basis, results to company Executive Mgmt
• Establish key relationships with Avio Aero and Aviation HQ teams to ensure appropriate and timely flow of information as requested.
• Play a strategic partnership role, with Product Strategy team and Product development team, for developing longer term initiatives/efforts, also (but not only) linked to Capex optimization and cost rationalization
• Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
• Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs improving profitability
• Manage a Financial analyst Is definitely ahead on Lean transformation and DSM (Daily Shop Management): the role of the finance manager in the daily CCC is critical, definitely more than in other plants.
• Lead the annual and monthly physical inventory processes, as well as the weekly cycle count processes for warehouses.
• Lead plant reserve estimate discussions, including the related impacts on other Finance and Operations KPIs.

Contract Level: CCNL metalmeccanico – Level A1

Salary range for this role: 71,550.00 - 107,325.00 EUR Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 EUR Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
