Descrizione del lavoro

The candidate will join the Pomellato Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team based in Milan. They will assist with visual/window project development, research, and rendering activities.

How you will contribute

1. Seasonal Thematic Window: Conception, implementation, organization, and production management of window proposals using 3D modelling and rendering software on a global level.
2. Special Project, Visual Tools, and Product Display: Conception, implementation, organization, and production management of window proposals using 3D modelling and rendering software.
3. Researching new window display solutions in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
4. Maintaining and developing a consistent level of VM across the network.
5. Supporting store installations of new window concepts (2-4 per year) and in-store rotations.
6. Supporting store openings and specific in-store events in the assigned area.
7. Adapting and personalizing the wholesale network in support of the relevant area manager.
8. Managing VM booklet and guidelines graphic layout.
9. Creating retail and wholesale renderings for specific projects.

Key Requirements

• University Degree or similar in Visual Arts, Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within luxury retail companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and a 3D software (Rhino or similar).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt flexibly.
• Initiative, curiosity about fashion trends, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, shifting from creative design to administrative tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
