Ali Professional ― divisione Sales & Marketing is seeking a Poliolefine Sales Manager for a historic multinational company operating in the plastic materials market. The role involves developing the customer base and managing relationships with key accounts and polyolefin producers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new clients and markets for polyolefins (mainly PE and PP) across Europe.
  2. Contact potential clients in the polyolefins sector and increase business volume through new customer acquisition and recurring sales.
  3. Conduct market analysis and gather strategic information, including competitor pricing and overall market sentiment.
  4. Propose go-to-market strategies for polyolefins in Europe to the Central Management, aimed at business growth.
  5. Support commercial operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and maximum customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage any conflicts with clients and ensure customer retention.
  7. Achieve individual sales targets aligned with the company's Business Plan.
  8. Assist the Polyolefins Division Manager in managing relations with PE and PP producers/suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
  9. Propose new products from various producers to maximize value for clients and facilitate sales negotiations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Over 10 years of experience in companies producing, distributing, or trading polyolefins in the European market.
  2. Deep technical knowledge of major grades and brands of polyolefins available in Europe, including local and imported materials.
  3. Understanding of market dynamics, trends, and pricing.
  4. Proven international sales experience, with a focus on European markets.
  5. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
