POLYMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FRENCH MARKET
Our client is an international group involved in Polymer Business. We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be in charge of developing the French market in line with the sales strategy. He/she will report to the Managing Director of the Italian branch and his/her main responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities
- Taking care of customer relations and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty and developing the image of the company/group;
- Managing polymer sales activity in line with Petrochemicals Strategy and Business Plan to reach objectives specific for the French market;
- Participating in projects (e.g. regular portfolio review) and development activities (e.g. Sales Meeting) as well as conferences, fairs, exhibitions, and symposiums;
- Preparing marketing and sales plans and market analysis to find new opportunities and create pipeline actions;
- Managing monthly sales process in line with rules from forecasting through price discussion with customers to delivery;
- Maintaining and developing direct commercial relationship with customers through customer visits;
- Participating in organization and conduction of technical consultations and industrial tests, and customer satisfaction surveys;
- Participating in product developments and launching new products, including participation in application tests.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in chemistry or similar (we can also evaluate different background if there is sector experiences);
- At least 3/5 years professional experience as Sales Representative in Petrochemicals and/or Polymer sector;
- Willing to travel at least one week per month;
- Customer oriented approach.
