MOL Italia , the MOL Group company dedicated to polymer sales in Italy and France, is looking for a Polymer Sales Representative .

Purpose of the Position

Responsible for ensuring the continuous sales of MOL Group polymer products, based on annual plans, mainly in the Italian market, aligned with the company's strategy to maximize margins. The role involves managing customer relations, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and developing the company's image.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage polymer sales activities in line with Petrochemicals Strategy and Business Plan to meet objectives specific to the Italian market.
  • Participate in projects (e.g., portfolio reviews), development activities (e.g., Sales Meetings), conferences, fairs, exhibitions, and symposiums.
  • Prepare marketing and sales plans, conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, and create pipeline actions.
  • Manage the monthly sales process, including forecasting, price negotiations, and delivery coordination.
  • Represent the company to customers, maintaining and developing direct commercial relationships through visits.
  • Participate in collecting outstanding debts from customers.
  • Conduct customer complaint / observation inspections and undertake actions to protect company interests.
  • Organize and conduct technical consultations, industrial tests, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Participate in product development and the launch of new products, including application tests.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative in the Petrochemicals sector.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, SAP.
  • High-level negotiation skills, customer-oriented approach, result-oriented, and flexible.
