Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Management System within the In Motion BU.

• Support PFMEA, material/control/process control plans updates.
• Conduct MSA studies for new projects as needed.
• Perform statistical analyses of manufacturing processes.
• Promote corrective, preventive and continuous improvement actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for process performance.
• Support internal system audits.

The Process Quality Engineer is responsible for analyzing issues and non-conformities within manufacturing processes, identifying their root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
