We are looking for a driven and meticulous Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our logistics team and play a pivotal role in driving the coordination and execution of strategic logistics initiatives across the EMEA region. You will directly contribute to the implementation of our regional strategic plan, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across the EMEA region.

Ensure effective coordination of project activities, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines.

Conduct structured data analysis to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making.

Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting risks and opportunities.

Contribute to the optimization of business processes through analytical and operational support.

Create strategic documents and presentations for the EMEA leadership team and key stakeholders.

Assist in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Familiarity with business processes is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
