Job summary

Banca Generali is seeking a PMO to join the Project Governance Unit in Milan. The role focuses on delivering project governance, collecting requirements, planning deliverables, and coordinating stakeholder communications across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in finance/economics/engineering with 3–5 years of PM experience in banks or consulting, fluency in English, and willingness to travel. PMP/Prince2 are nice to have.

Qualifications

• Master degree in finance, economy or engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in project management in consulting or banking.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Availability to travel.
• Work by objectives.
• Problem solving.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements and manage changes.
• Identify and plan deliverables and tasks.
• Engage and manage stakeholders (internal and external).
• Monitor tasks and manage issues.
• Manage IT test activities.
• Arrange meetings and project communications.
• Manage and control project costs vs assigned budget.
• Prepare project status reports for top management.
