Una società leader nei servizi finanziari cerca un Project Manager esperto. Il candidato ideale deve possedere una laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale, con 5-10 anni di esperienza nel settore. Questo ruolo richiede capacità di leadership, gestione di team e avanzata conoscenza della lingua inglese, per garantire il successo e la crescita continua nel team.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Lead and manage different projects within the leasing or financial services sector.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion, including coordination of testing activities in alignment with business priorities.
• Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on project status.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Cooperate with MD and all Management Team to map and implement a consistent set of working process and procedures, also by means of aligning operating systems requirements to the business governance model in force from time to time.
• Education : Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Certifications : Project Management Certification as a plus
