Un'azienda internazionale nel settore dei servizi finanziari cerca un Project Manager esperto per guidare progetti nel leasing. Questa posizione richiede forti capacità di leadership e gestione del team, con un focus sulla comunicazione e la collaborazione tra team multifunzionali. Il candidato ideale avrà tra 5 e 10 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti e una laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale. Lavorando a stretto contatto con il Direttore Generale, il Project Manager contribuirà a garantire il successo dei progetti allineati agli obiettivi aziendali. Competenze

• 5-10 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti nel settore finanziario.
• Certificazione in Project Management è un plus.

• Lead and manage different projects within the leasing or financial services sector.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion, including coordination of testing activities in alignment with business priorities.
• Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on project status.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Cooperate with MD and all Management Team to map and implement a consistent set of working processes and procedures, also by means of aligning operating systems requirements to the business governance model in force from time to time.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Education: Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Certifications: Project Management Certification as a plus.
