In SEAC S.p.A., we are seeking a candidate for the position of PMO and System Integrator Software. The individual, within the Internal Information Systems Department, will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating and managing software projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Collaborating with development teams, IT, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
3. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and implementing necessary adjustments.
4. Ensuring effective integration of new software systems with existing infrastructures.
5. Identifying and resolving technical or process issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
6. Providing regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
7. Promoting best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the organization.

Hard skills required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PMO or Software System Integrator.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of CRM/Digital Workplace platforms.

Preferred elements:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience in specific sectors such as CRM/Marketing, Telecommunications, Finance, Logistics.

Soft skills:

• Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
