A leading company in safety and security is seeking a Project Manager to oversee new product development initiatives across EMEIA. This role involves driving projects to ensure timely outputs, engaging cross-functionally, and managing risks effectively while using metrics to assess project performance.

This role is required to support our internal PMO (Project management office) to drive the new product development (NPD) projects to ensure on time achievement of defined deliverables (revenues, costs, margin, quality,). The support required will cover one or more tasks from the below listed.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall success of projects and to drive the process across EMEIA including VAVE projects. He / She will be charged with assessing risk factors to product / process success, creating plans addressing risk factors and providing an array of the best options for management review selection and approval.
In addition must possess excellent communication and leadership skills; capability to effectively manage risks and drive to meet project commitments despite set backs or challenges in schedule, performance and costs. Capable to solve resources conflicts and capable to facilitate technical problem solving
