We are seeking a skilled Plumbing/HVAC Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing and HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise in appliance repair, plumbing, and equipment repair will be essential in providing high-quality service to our clients. Must be located in the Sandusky/Huron/Norwalk/Milan/Vermilion and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
2. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in plumbing (commercial, industrial, and residential)
3. Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and malfunctions
5. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
6. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems
7. Test system performance and ensure proper functioning
8. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
9. Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumbing and HVAC Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in appliance repair, plumbing, welding, and equipment repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
• Possible OT
• Schedule: Varies, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
