Mike's Plumbing of Southwest Florida Inc., located in Naples, FL, is seeking a full-time Plumber - Residential Service Technician to join our team.

Are you able to respond promptly to perform repairs and maintenance on residential systems? Do you resolve customer problems courteously, professionally, and accurately? Do you possess excellent troubleshooting skills? Are you looking for significant career growth with an industry-leading home services company? If yes, this may be the right position for you!

Our Plumber - Residential Service Technician works Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm and earns a base pay plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $100,000+ per year depending on skills and experience. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision paid in full up to $250 per month, a 401(k) plan with percentage match, two weeks paid vacation, sign-on bonus, NO on-call work, NO nights, and NO weekend work. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a plumbing technician
• Ability to operate independently, diagnosing and completing residential plumbing repairs
• Proficiency with tablets and smartphones
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Own tools
