Sidel is looking for a PLM and CAD Tool Manager, to secure and foster the evolutions and future growth of the PLM and engineering tools landscape by building a vision and a strategy to maintain and improve efficiency and consistency, driving a team of experts and collaborating with several company functions in a very dynamic and international context.

Your Mission

Sidel is looking for a PLM and CAD Tool Manager, to secure and foster the evolutions and future growth of the PLM and engineering tools landscape by building a vision and a strategy to maintain and improve efficiency and consistency, driving a team of experts and collaborating with several company functions in a very dynamic and international context.

Your Profile

1. Business/Management Engineering, IT Engineering Degree or equivalent.
2. Notion of Agile methodology and market trends on PLM and CAD tools.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills; proactive, strong problem-solving/analytical attitude.
4. Strong attitude in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
5. Knowledge of CAD and PLM software (Data Management Tool), technical documentation software, computers, and networks.
6. Notion of ERP (SAP ECC6 and S/4Hana experience as a plus).
