Un'importante azienda italiana specializzata in macchine sta cercando un PLC Software Engineer. Sarai responsabile dell'integrazione di sistemi di automazione e dello sviluppo di software PLC, collaborando con diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire la produttività delle macchine. È richiesta un'ottima conoscenza della programmazione Heidenhain e fluente in inglese.

Competenze

• Esperienza in imprese di importazione o produzione di strumenti di macchina.
• Ottima conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione Heidenhain 530 - 640.

Mansioni

• Integrare sistemi di automazione complessi con controllo CNC.
• Sviluppare software PLC e gestire la manutenzione del software di automazione.
• Collaborare con altre funzioni aziendali per risolvere problemi legati ai cicli di funzionamento delle macchine.

Job Description

An important Italian company specializing in machines, renowned for the quality of customizations in the field of machine tools, is seeking a PLC Software Engineer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating complex automation systems with CNC control, designing and developing related software (PLC), and overseeing configuration activities of electronic control, regulation, and process control equipment. They will handle the industrialization and maintenance of automation software, managing installations and testing at the company headquarters and, in some cases, at customer sites. They will apply functional verification procedures and evaluate system adjustments and calibrations. The role also involves modifying/upgrading existing machines and developing new solutions (e.g., touch probes, fourth/fifth axes, automatic doors, robot interfaces, high-pressure tank interfaces).

The candidate will ensure constant machine productivity over time by collaborating with other company functions to address electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues related to machine operation cycles.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering
• Experience in companies importing or manufacturing machine tools
• Excellent knowledge of Heidenhain 530 - 640 programming languages
• Fluency in English
