    TRANSACTION BANKING (TxB)

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    The Liquidity Solutions Product Manager role is responsible for defining and implementing the Liquidity Solutions business strategy. They work closely with all Transaction Banking teams including Operations, Engineering and Sales to implement and manage core product capability and to develop innovative new liquidity solutions to meet client needs. The role requires an understanding of corporate liquidity products, including deposit accounts, term deposits, Money market Fund Sweeps, cash concentration, virtual accounts and notional pooling, An understanding of client challenges/opportunities and industry trends will be required as inputs into the Liquidity Solutions strategic product roadmap.

    The Team

    The Liquidity Solutions product team is responsible for developing innovative cash management solutions including cash concentration, virtual accounts, and notional pooling. We are thought leaders, bringing new ideas and insights to clients to help them achieve a leaner, smarter treasury

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Act as subject matter expert in liquidity products and cash management solutions
    • Understanding of current liquidity products industry landscape, including Virtual Accounts
    • Ability to contribute to business marketing and communication strategy and planning
    • Work directly with Sales teams and Clients to understand their needs and assist with solution design and implementation
    • Deliver creative and customized treasury solutions to clients
    • Design targeted strategy to drive deposit and revenue plan deliverables
    • Partner with key stakeholders across the firm to deliver “One Goldman Sachs” to clients
    • Define business requirements and test cases for new products and features
    • Execution of test cases
    • Support Sales with client needs identification, solution recommendations and pricing
    • Support Sales in responding to complex RFPs, non-standard information requests,
    • Support Sales in delivering product demos and best and final solution presentations (over phone or in-person)
    • Provide training and support to Sales and business partners on new payments product capabilities
    • Contribute input into marketing strategy and communications plans

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
    • At least 3 years’ experience in Liquidity Product Management or a related role
    • Understanding of risks and mitigates related to Liquidity products and solutions
    • Experience with virtual accounts and notional pooling is a plus
    • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Team player with ability to collaborate with business and cross-divisional partners
    • Self-motivated individual interested in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
    • Knowledge of regulatory landscape related to Liquidity
    • Commitment to excellence and integrity
