Job summary

BluLang Studio in Milano is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to build custom platforms and management systems that power our modular BLUstack platform. You will design data models, APIs and dashboards, and scale the platform for new projects while integrating AI agents and existing tools.

The role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery, quality assurance and incremental shipping. Fluency in Italian or Mandarin is welcome, and prior ecommerce/ops software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end and back-end experience with shipped work.
• Confidence with relational data, APIs and integrations.
• Habit of testing and documenting.
• Experience with AI tools in daily engineering.
• Ecommerce or operations software experience.
• Interest in hardware and connected devices.
• Italian or Mandarin language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build management systems, dashboards and integrations end to end.
• Design data models and APIs that other teams can build on.
• Grow BLUstack, so every new project starts further ahead.
• Connect platforms to AI agents and to the tools teams already use.
• Own quality: tests, reviews, performance and security.
• Ship in small steps, and write down how things work.
