Qualifications

• Experience growing ecommerce or digital products with results you can explain.
• Strong analytics.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for content and analysis.
• A taste for good brands, not only numbers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run growth across ecommerce, search, social and messaging.
• Set up measurement, so every decision starts from data.
• Run experiments on stores and landing pages, and ship what wins.
• Work with the Studio on content, and with the agents that sell and follow up.
• Grow stores across markets and languages: English, Italian and Chinese.
• Report clearly to clients and to the team.
