As a Platform Engineer, you will:

• Improve the reliability and scalability of our financial platform and APIs.
• Care for quality and well-designed user experiences for both engineers and non-engineers, including system operation, monitoring, and automation.
• Build a compliant, user-friendly platform with self-service tools.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to add new features.
• Balance frequent shipping with system reliability and security, working with stakeholders on SLOs and SLAs.
• Engage with auditors to ensure compliance and safeguard our merchants' and clients' funds.
• Design and implement shared cluster compute topology within our Cloud Infrastructure.
• Develop a cost attribution system covering our cloud and infrastructure services.

What you have:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Experience with any Cloud PaaS; Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.
• Expertise in HashiCorp Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
• Experience in automations, systems, and tools that minimize downtime.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience managing large-scale applications in complex environments.
• Knowledge of high-level programming languages like Go or Python.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and shell scripting.
