As a Platform Engineer, you will:

• Improve the reliability and scalability of our financial platform and APIs.
• Focus on quality and well-designed user experiences for both engineers and non-engineers, ensuring systems are well-operated and monitored, designed for failure, and automated.
• Build a compliant, user-friendly platform with self-service tools.
• Leverage advanced technologies to develop new platform features.
• Balance frequent shipping with high system reliability and security, working with stakeholders to set and maintain SLOs and SLAs.
• Engage with auditors to ensure compliance and safeguard merchant and client funds.
• Design and implement shared cluster compute topology within our cloud infrastructure.
• Develop a cost attribution system for cloud and infrastructure services.

What you have:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Experience with any Cloud PaaS; Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.
• Expertise in HashiCorp Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
• Experience automating systems and minimizing downtime.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Go or Python.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and shell scripting.
