Platform Architect - RGM (Revenue Growth Management)

Position Overview

As a Platform Architect - RGM, you will be responsible for the overall performance, standards, and direction of the architecture within your domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Cloud, and Security, to ensure successful deployment and operation of solutions aligned with Cyber Security and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define product line roadmap, integrating business capabilities and technology evolution in line with Enterprise Architecture.
• Translate Business and IT priorities into architecture requirements.
• Advise the Platform Manager on technology and innovation.
• Identify and recommend improvements for architectural inefficiencies.
• Collaborate on the Architecture Roadmap and support cross-platform integration initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to architecture governance standards and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in platform architecture within an international organization, with expertise in SAP, Promo tools (e.g., TPM, XTel, EDI), and D365 (preferably in FMCG).
• Strong understanding of FMCG business processes, especially in Promo Management, RGM, and Customer Data Exchange.
• Experience with Xtel Trade Promo Management / Optimization Tools is a plus.
• Expertise in API and application integrations with SAP and Azure Cloud.
• 3+ years in leading technical teams.
• Excellent collaboration, influence, and people management skills.
