Basic Function

The purpose of the job is to prevent incidents of any kind, ensure operational continuity, and keep costs within the budget allowance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Focus on the Goal Zero target and promote safety culture and behavior at all levels, ensuring the site meets HSE targets, including environmental aspects.
• Fulfill production plans with regard to safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Schedule and safely execute planned shutdowns for maintenance or regulatory checks on time.
• Trace and report monthly productions and consumptions.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop the performance plan.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, R&D, and Business Departments for experimental runs and trials.
• Ensure timely entry of production confirmation into SAP and prevent discrepancies with process orders.
• Commit to staff training and keep plant procedures effective and up-to-date.
• Issue purchase requests following delegation of authority.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Industrial High School Diploma.
• Work Experience: Qualified experience in production environments.
• Languages: Knowledge of English is not mandatory but appreciated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of catalyst products and processes.
• Experience with manufacturing plants.
• People management and development skills.
• Planning and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health, Quality, and Environment Regulations and Standards, including D.Lgs. 334/99, D.Lgs. 81/08, TiCl4 handling, and ADR/RID.
