Plant Quality Manager (m/f/d) - Linde AMT Italy S.r.l.

Are these your professional expectations?

1. Ensure compliance with Linde and customer/control body quality systems.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations and standards.
3. Participate in and initiate improvement projects to enhance product quality (standardization, continuous improvement, etc.).
4. Assist production managers in resolving non-conformities.
5. Develop and maintain ISO 45001:2023, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 22000:2018 certifications.
6. Collaborate with management to define quality objectives and indicators for measurement.
7. Provide timely investigations and reports on key quality indicators (COPQ).
8. Represent the company in dealings with clients, suppliers, and control bodies.
9. Develop quality standards and relationships that benefit Linde and its clients.
10. Ensure proper use of equipment for quality activities and incoming/outgoing material checks.
11. Review customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up actions.
12. Conduct internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
13. Fully support all health, safety, and environmental activities and policies.
14. Adopt and promote the principles of 5S.

Our ideal candidate

• Degree in technical-mechanical-management disciplines.
• Proven experience with internal auditing procedures and laws governing ISO 45001:2023, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 22000:2018 systems.
• Knowledge of quality methods, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focus.
• Teamwork, resource management, problem-solving attitude, and practicality.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
