Plant Quality Manager

Our client, a multinational industrial company, is looking for a Plant Quality Manager to ensure product compliance with customer requirements and regulations while driving continuous improvement in quality processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead the Quality Department, overseeing training, team collaboration, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and report KPIs and manage the department budget.
• Oversee quality audits (process, product, system, customer) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, tracking quality-related costs.
• Collaborate with the Division Quality Department to align standards and improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience in audits, process optimization, and project management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or Lean Management are a plus.
