Job summary

SOMFY Group in Schio is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Function at the Schio plant, coordinating Customer, Project, Supplier, and Manufacturing & Supply Chain Quality. You will ensure products meet requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations while driving improvements.

Reporting to the Site Director and working with multiple departments, you will train staff, implement quality tools, and support changes to maintain a robust quality management system

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the group quality strategy across plant scope.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and quality KPIs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with internal processes.
• Lead quality-related projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
