KION Group AG in Luzzara is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead the local quality team and ensure CE conformity for factory products. You will drive quality initiatives, implement standardized processes, and collaborate with supplier, operations and customer teams.

Reporting to the Quality Senior Director ITS EMEA, you will guide audits, improve processes and lead key quality projects while staying aligned with KION standards and global practices.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering or equivalent field required.
• Minimum extensive experience in production quality and automotive sectors.
• Proven leadership of multi-department quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality methods and tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, 8D).
• Experience with ISO 9001 and supplier quality management.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the local quality team across Supplier, Operations, Customer QA and QMS.
• Ensure factory product quality meets market and legal requirements, incl. CE conformity.
• Develop and implement standardized production processes and quality guidelines.
• Audit lines, products and components; plan quality gates and train staff.
• Evaluate external quality with customers and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent CTO onsite and coordinate with local stakeholders and management.
