Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services across the country. Our focus is on service, quality, and safety, enabling our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates in over 20 states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

Summary

This role serves as a member of the front-line production team. The employee is responsible for various tasks supporting the production of a high-capacity commercial laundry plant to meet customer needs. Tasks may include roles such as Dryer Operator, Wash Operator, Stain Washer, Sewing/Mending, Soil Sorting, as well as folding, commercial ironing, packing, and distributing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain the flow of linen into the tunnel, washers, dryers, etc.
2. Pull bags and process other laundry activities in the designated order.
3. Load linen into empty pockets in the tunnel; continue as pockets transfer.
4. Ensure pockets are loaded correctly with proper load size; prevent overloads.
5. Follow directions and safety precautions.
6. Maintain production standards as determined per hour.
7. Notify supervisor if frequent technical problems impact the ability to meet production standards.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
