Join Us as a Plant Product Manager – Where Innovation Meets Sustainability

Are you passionate about shaping the future of sustainable packaging? As our new Plant Product Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing the full life cycle of a dynamic product group within the flexible packaging industry. From developing forward-thinking, eco-friendly innovations to continuously refining our product portfolio, your work will make a tangible impact.

In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the key link between our customers, production teams, and sales force—transforming ideas into real-world solutions. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited by the challenge of turning vision into value, we’d love to meet you.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support & Collaboration: Provide expert support to internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across sales and customer service.
  • Project & Innovation Leadership: Drive and deliver key projects within your segment, with a strong focus on sustainable product innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Supplier & Production Interface: Collaborate closely with machinery suppliers, and work hand-in-hand with production to resolve technical challenges and optimize processes.
  • Product & Cost Optimization: Enhance existing product specifications, manage costs effectively, and lead initiatives for ongoing product cost improvements.
  • Market & Quality Insight: Conduct market intelligence studies, translate customer needs into actionable production and quality plans, and support claims management alongside the quality team.

Technical Attributes

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

  • Technical education (Bachelor's or equivalent) or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical role
  • Great interest in the flexible or rigid packaging industry.
  • First practical experience in Project Management
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written)

Compensation: depending on the job-related experience, starting at 40.000 EUR gross a year.
