Plant Manager at the production facility in Segrate has overall responsibility for this site and the team of around 25 people.

The purpose is :

• to manage premix operation and assets in the designated market, from production to storage and maintenance to sales.
• to execute the ANH strategy and achieve the profit targets in close partnership with the S&M head.

The role provides input into plant operations and all on-site technical projects, e.g., plant upgrades.

• Your key responsibilities
• Responsible for proper management of PMX operations, quality of premix, and management of assets.
• CAPEX proposal and implementation of approved capital expenditure.
• Partnering with the management team to plan and implement production costs according to targets. Structure resources, people, and expenses to achieve results within budget.
• Ensure the site meets all health and safety regulations, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with the management team to meet country-specific targets (Financial, SHE, HR, Operations, Others).
