Un'azienda leader nel settore metalmeccanico cerca un Responsabile della Produzione per pianificare e gestire l'acquisto di materiali, migliorare i processi produttivi e garantire la sicurezza sul lavoro. Essenziale un diploma tecnico e un'esperienza di 2-5 anni in ambito manifatturiero, con competenze nella gestione delle risorse umane e project management. Project Management

Descrizione del lavoro

The resource will be responsible for planning and managing the purchase of materials with a view to cost reduction, improvement and efficiency of production processes, in compliance with company procedures, contractual and environmental regulations.

The selected resource will report directly to the Group Operations Director and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the entire production cycle and specifically :

• Coordinate and optimize the company's operational and project activities in order to make them more effective and functional for the business;
• To be responsible for "Continuous Improvement" of the areas under his / her responsibility;
• To be Responsible for Human Resources management in collaboration with the HR area for the Production, Maintenance and Technical areas;
• To be Responsible for the cost of Production, Products, BOM and consumption of materials for production;
• Be Responsible for Safety in work environments, compliance with Environmental regulations of production facilities;
• Manage relationships with External Customers and Internal Customers (sales, logistics, scheduling, purchasing, warehouse, IT, etc....).

Previous experience and personal characteristics

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a technical focus;
• Experience of 2 to 5 years in similar role in medium-sized manufacturing companies;
• Problem solving;
• Organizational and decision-making skills; Team building;
• Knowledge of Industrial, Electrical, Automation and Energy systems, etc;
• Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental standards;
• Knowledge of information and management systems;
• Knowledge of Project Management aimed at proper planning, management and on-time implementation of approved projects within budget;
• Fluent English, knowledge of another language is a plus. Continuous interface with our foreign clients.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

CCNL Metalmechanical, The level of placement and economic treatment will be commensurate with experience and skills + bonuses linked to company results + Company Canteen.

Work schedule : full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm with hourly flexibility

Place of work : Monte Grotto Terme (PD) and / or Milan

Expected date of placement : Immediate or compatible with contractual notice
