Dana Incorporated is seeking a Field Support IT Analyst in Reggio Emilia to own local IT activities for the facility. You will act as the single point of contact for plant management and staff, ensuring IT standards, policies, and processes are followed and incidents are resolved promptly.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with SAP and ITIL-like processes.

Competenze

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business/technical discipline.
• 5+ years related professional experience.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• 2-4 years related professional experience.

Mansioni

• Provide local desktop and network support and act as liaison among stakeholders to understand structure, policies, and operations.
• Follow Dana support processes to resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Assess priority and sensitivity of customer problems to maintain satisfaction.
• Act as Single Point of Contact for Plant Manager and staff regarding IT.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with deployment teams for in-plant IT activities.
