A leading pharmaceutical company in Seregno is seeking a Plant HR Business Partner to oversee regional and local HR initiatives. This role involves talent management, recruitment, and employee relations, requiring at least 4 years of experience in multinational companies. For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a PLANT HR BUSINESS PARTNER who will oversee the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives and projects for manufacturing and commercial sites.

Reporting directly to the Italian HR Director and dotted line to the Plant Manager, the role serves as the first-level advisor for employee relations on specific issues such as recruitment, training & development, and HR administration.

KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance & Talent Management

  • Coordinates the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, etc.)
  • Supports managers in talent management and addressing poor performers

Recruiting & Training

  • Identifies the organization’s recruitment needs and manages the entire selection and hiring process
  • Drafts employment contracts and negotiates offers with candidates up to managerial level
  • Assists managers in analyzing training needs and implementing training plans

Rewarding & Recognition

  • Coordinates salary benchmarking and salary review processes

Employee Relations and HR Operations

  • Ensures local HR data are accurate and reports on key HR metrics
  • Responds to employee queries regarding policies, payslips, and contracts
  • Supports managers on performance management, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Manages relationships with Trade Unions

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in HR or related qualification
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • At least 4 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in manufacturing or pharma
  • Experience in continuous process improvement environments
  • Must own a car
