A leading pharmaceutical company in Seregno is seeking a Plant HR Business Partner to oversee regional and local HR initiatives. This role involves talent management, recruitment, and employee relations, requiring at least 4 years of experience in multinational companies. Reporting directly to the Italian HR Director and dotted line to the Plant Manager, the role serves as the first-level advisor for employee relations on specific issues such as recruitment, training & development, and HR administration.
