Plant Finance Manager

Your Role

As a Plant Finance Manager on our team, you'll:

  1. Act as a business partner to the Plant Manager and other functions at the plant
  2. Highlight and develop Financial KPIs and provide guidance to meet financial targets
  3. Develop project business cases for decision-making processes
  4. Develop detailed budgets, business plans, and forecasts
  5. Prepare and review budgets and forecasts with functional leaders and management
  6. Supervise preparation of standard reports, analyze budget variances, and conduct ad-hoc analyses
  7. Manage accounting controlling and month-end closing activities
  8. Approve manual journal entries and supporting documentation
  9. Approve site reserves
  10. Maintain cost center and profit center accounting structures, perform checks and analyses according to accounting rules
  11. Present monthly results, budget/forecast variances, and analyses
  12. Perform final validation of TB submissions
  13. Act as US GAAP reviewer for the closing process under delegation and approval of the Divisional Controller
  14. Coordinate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and analytical reports
  15. Ensure report requirements and deadlines are met
  16. Coordinate preparation and submission of division reports
  17. Manage internal reporting and COQ reporting
  18. Coordinate follow-ups for approvals (Change Review Board, 1802, DPRG)
  19. Approve account reconciliations and supporting documentation
  20. Coordinate resolution of reconciliation issues
  21. Approve site expenses, purchase requisitions, and petty cash
Your Background

Key skills and competencies:

  • Proficiency with administration and controlling tools and methodologies
