YOUR TEAM

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with experts from various backgrounds to conduct research.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Planning and managing activities related to the Institute's plants, including routine and extraordinary maintenance.
  2. Managing job orders, with responsibilities including acting as construction manager.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Engineering or a Professional Diploma.
  • Enrollment in the Order of Engineers or College of Experts with project authorization.
  • Experience with electrical, special, air conditioning, thermal, hydraulic, suction, vacuum, gas, and compressed air systems, including site safety.
  • Knowledge of authorization procedures related to plant management.
  • Familiarity with the Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23 and TU 81/08.
  • Proficiency in drawing graphic projects and bills of quantities.
  • Experience in the sector, preferably within research centers.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • Knowledge and practice of BIM.
  • At least three years of experience in construction site management, including contracts and accounting, preferably in public procurement.
  • Experience in fire prevention.
  • Certification as a safety coordinator during design and execution phases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Motivation to learn and improve.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in challenging, international environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary and intercultural settings.
